Pricing

Two prices. One question: who does the work?

You describe what you need in plain English. 74 specialists do it and bring it back for your approval. The only choice here is whether you run them, or we do.

How billing works

You pay us $99. The AI costs what the AI costs.

Most people never pay for AI at all.

Launch includes $25 of AI work every month. It resets each month, so it is there whether you used the last one or not. Most jobs cost a few cents, so for a lot of people that covers everything they ask for. If you want more done, you pay for more work at what it cost us, and nothing on top.

Everyone else bundles the AI into one price. To do that they have to guess how much you will use. They guess high, because guessing low costs them money. Then they mark it up.

You pay for their guess and their margin, and you never see the real number.

01
We do not do that
You pay your plan. The AI is billed at exactly what we paid, itemised job by job. Not a discounted markup. Not a bundled rate. Not a fair margin. Zero.
02
You could do this yourself, and it would be worse
Getting AI at cost normally means opening your own account with a provider, making keys, watching limits, and getting a second bill from a company you now have to deal with. We do all of that and pass the cost straight through. No key, no second vendor, no separate login.
03
It also costs less than doing it yourself
We built the routing that picks which model does what, when to use a cheap one, and when not to run at all. The same job costs more when you run it raw.
04
You are in control
You set the limit. You put money on a balance before any work happens, and it draws down as jobs get done. If there is not enough left to finish a job, it does not start. No overdraft, so there is no way for us to send you a bill you did not expect.
05
And you never pay for work that did not work
If something breaks on our side, or we cannot confirm a job finished, it shows $0.00 with a plain line saying why. We call that the Verified Work Guarantee.

Most tasks cost a few cents.

What you pay here

$99/m
Put your team to work

No card required. The plan is yours to keep.

Fifteen tools and two people. Fifteen logins, seventeen bills, and you are still the one running all of it.

$99 a month. All of it, and somebody else does the work.

And you are not paying us for the AI. That is passed through at what we paid.

Managed

A role is a job you would otherwise hire for.

Not a tool. Not a seat. Not a workflow you have to build. A role is a job with an owner. You say what it should own, we staff it from the 74, brief it, run it, and report back.

If you have ever thought “I need someone doing our outbound,” that someone is a role.

A few examples, not a menu

Outbound and pipeline

Lists built, accounts researched, sequences written and sent, every reply logged, and the conversations worth your time handed to you.

Content and audience

A running calendar, drafts written and checked, published on schedule, search work that builds up instead of sitting in a document.

Money in and money out

Transactions sorted, statements matched, unpaid invoices chased, a clean set of numbers on any given morning.

Your website and your software

The pages people see, the payments and logins behind them, tested on a phone, and fixed when something breaks.

These are four we run often. They are not the list. If the job exists in a business, we can staff it, and the call is where we work out which one you need.

What we actually do

You get a briefing, not a to-do list.

“We operate it” is easy to say and hard to picture. Here is what it looks like once a role is running.

01

We set it up with you. One hour, once. We learn the business, agree what the role owns, and connect what it needs. You do not configure anything.

02

It runs without you. The role works on a schedule. You are not assigning jobs, checking a queue, or wondering whether anything happened.

03

A daily briefing. What was done, what is in flight, what needs your yes. Read it in two minutes or ignore it for a week. The work does not stop either way.

04

You approve the things that matter. Anything that reaches a customer, spends money, or changes something public waits for you. Everything else just gets done.

05

You tell us when something changes. New idea, new product, whole new department. Tell us any time and we get to work. Most requests are handled within the hour.

06

We are the ones who make it work. If a role is not delivering, that is our problem to fix, not a support ticket you file.

Common questions

Everything you are about to ask.

ChatGPT gives you a draft. You still have to check it, fix it, and go do the thing. ESR gives you people who take the job, do it, and bring back something finished for your approval. You are not writing prompts. You are directing a team.

An AI team you direct in plain English. Ava is your assistant, and behind her are 74 specialists across ten departments. You say what you need, they plan it and do it, and you approve what matters.

Your first job runs during onboarding, before you pay anything. Not a demo. A real job using your own business information. Most people have something finished in the first conversation.

Yes, either direction, whenever. Moving from Launch to Managed keeps everything you have already built. Moving back means you take the controls, and your team, your knowledge and your history all stay exactly as they are.

Anything left on your balance comes back to you when you cancel.

Because we do not mark it up. If we bundled it in we would have to guess high, and you would pay for the guess. Instead you pay $99, and the AI costs what it costs. Every job is itemised.

Launch includes $25 of AI work every month. It resets each month and does not add up. Most tasks cost a few cents, so it goes further than it sounds.

Nothing bad. You set a monthly limit. When there is not enough left to finish a job, that job waits and we tell you. Nothing runs up a bill behind your back.

It does not bill. If something breaks on our side, you are not charged. If we cannot confirm a job got done, it shows $0.00 with a plain line saying what was tried and what happens next.

Nothing important goes out without your yes. You see the work before it ships. If you do not like it, it does not go.

It reads back everything against how you write before you ever see it. If it sounds like a machine, it goes back and gets done again. And nothing publishes without your approval.

Every claim, number and name gets checked against what is actually known about your business before the work reaches you. If something cannot be confirmed, it comes out rather than getting guessed at.

You fix it in one place and it stays fixed. Everything ESR knows about your business sits in Knowledge, in plain English, and it shows you what it knows for certain against what it has picked up but not confirmed.

Depends on the job. Sending email needs your email connected. Posting needs the account. We tell you exactly what a job needs before it starts, and the Connections page lists everything that works today.

You. Everything ESR knows sits in Knowledge, in plain English, and you can read it, change it, or delete any of it. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to build anything for anyone else.

No. Launch is prepaid and there is no key to bring. On Managed you can use your own key if you already have one, or stay prepaid.

Yes. Your domain, your data, your work. Export any of it at any time.

You keep everything. Take your data, your work, and anything ESR made for you, and go.

A few things, and we would rather tell you than have you find out. Some jobs cannot start until you connect an account. The board of advisors is very good at pressure-testing a decision and is not a substitute for someone who has run your exact business for twenty years. And Managed is not self-serve. It is a call, because we will not take $999 a month before we know we can do the job.

There is no free plan and we are not going to pretend there is. What is free is the first part: you have the conversation, your team gets built, your first job gets planned, and you keep that plan whether you subscribe or not. You pay when you want the work done.

Stop being the only one who can do it.
